Shipping Policy

Free Domestic Shipping on orders over 50$

  • All US orders over 50$ to the lower 48 states are 100% free
  • Free Shipping to AK and HI on orders over $100
  • Free shipping will be sent FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, or USPS

Do you ship to my country?

  • If you are outside the US please contact us directly to process your order.

When will my order ship?

  • In General you order will be shipped within 24 hours of order placement
  • Orders received on the weekends will be shipped on the next business day
  • Friday after 12 PM MST is considered weekend orders

How can I track my order?

  • Tracking numbers will be emailed to you at the time of the shipment
  • Tracking can be performed on the respective shipping providers site
  • If a Tracking number was not provided you can contact us directly for resolution

Return Policy

  • If you are not satisfied with your online purchase due to a manufacturing defect or fitment issue within 30 days of original purchase, please request a return authorization. The return authorization request must contain the following information and returns are not accepted until it is provided:
    • Reason for return request
    • Photos of defect or fitment issue
  • Once reviewed the return will be approved or the issue resolved without necessitating a return.
  • Refunds are only provided if an issue can’t be resolved by exchanging or providing replacement parts to correct a defect.
  • If your item is defective for any reason we will review the defect and exchange it based on examination of the defect.
  • Return shipping labels will only be provided for items deemed defective upon review

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are not available for online purchases. If a different size or color is desired, the item must be returned in original packaging for a full refund and place a new order for the item(s) you’d like.
  • Return shipment will be at the customers expense
  • Once your exchanged items are received and inspected your refund will be processed on your original order and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days.
  • To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in original, unused condition with original tagging
